NBAA2009 Exhibitor Service Kit
If you are looking for all the details, reminders, policies and procedures for your NBAA2009 exhibiting experience, you’ve come to the right place. Enclosed within the Exhibitor Service Kit are all the necessary forms to support your Exhibit at NBAA2009. Please note that the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and their partners provide exclusive services for electrical, rigging, telephone/internet, catering. Items for these services can be ordered directly through this Exhibitor Service Kit link. All other services can be ordered through FreemanOnline. Once you have entered a login and password below you will be directed to the FreemanOnline link. Orders for Freeman Services require a unique username and password created by the Exhibitor. If you do not have a username and password with Freeman, please register by following the instructions. Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
