Holly Clark, SPHR, CCP
Director, Human Resources

As NBAA’s director, human resources, Holly Clark oversees all aspects of the human-resources process for NBAA, including recruitment, policy development, training, benefits management and compensation planning and implementation. She joined the staff in June 2006.

Most recently, Clark worked as the director of human resources for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. Her major projects at SHRM included a values initiative, policy review and revision, recruitment-process assessment and succession planning. She also has held leadership positions in the human resources area at DLT Solutions, the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative and Integic.
 
Clark is professionally certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and a certified compensation professional (CCP). She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology with distinction and with honor from Mount Holyoke College. She also has completed graduate coursework at Harvard University and at the State University of New York in Albany.
