Connie Penne
NBAA Vice President, Membership Marketing
Connie Penne joined the NBAA staff on November 28, 2005, as its vice president, membership marketing. In this position, she oversees the Association’s activities related to Membership marketing and fulfillment.
Penne came to NBAA with more than two decades of extensive experience in direct-response marketing, strategic planning, database marketing and member relationship management.
Most recently, Penne served as director of member data and strategic services with AARP, where she was responsible for a marketing database of 58 million members and prospects. There, she led a direct-response marketing function that resulted in increased acquisition and retention of AARP members.
Prior to her service at AARP, Penne served in various leadership roles as director of database marketing, responsible for managing database and e-marketing programs for large national and international clients.
Penne holds a B.A. in business administration and creative writing from Houghton College, Houghton, NY, and is a member of the Direct Marketing Association.
