NBAA Third Annual Benefit Auctions
Auction Procedures
- All sales are FINAL and items are sold “As Is.” Neither the donor nor NBAA can provide servicing or guarantees with the items.
- Restrictions do apply on some items; please note them carefully. The utmost care has been taken to note these restrictions as accurately as possible.
- Silent Auction payment is expected in full at NBAA’s registration desk prior to the close of the Convention.
- Live Auction payment is due in full at the NBAA Charities Benefit Gala.
- Payment can be made to NBAA Charities by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
- Pick-up and delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Items will be available for pick-up Wednesday, September 26, from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm and on Thursday, September 27, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
- All contributions received will benefit NBAA Charities, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code, donors will receive a receipt from NBAA Charities acknowledging the value of their charitable donation, if any.
- Item values in this program have been provided by the donor and are not guaranteed or confirmed by NBAA. Contact your tax consultant for proper tax treatment.
- Due to printing deadlines, items submitted after deadline may not be listed in this program.
