General Information

Don’t miss the next NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum, coming to Scottsdale, AZ November 13, 2003 at the Scottsdale AirCenter at Scottsdale Airport (SDL).

The NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum is a day-long learning and networking experience designed to meet the needs of regional business aviation operators and vendors across the United States. The Scottsdale Forum will feature approximately 25 aircraft on static display, 50 indoor exhibitors, and hundreds of attendees. This event complements NBAA's efforts to communicate with Members locally and enables business aviation vendors and operators to interact regionally.

In addition to a static display of aircraft and dozens of exhibits, this event will feature a number of seminars and briefings for the business aviation community in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. For information about attending, exhibiting at, or sponsoring this event, contact NBAA's Suzanne Cole at scole@nbaa.org.

Contact Information

Contact Suzanne Cole at (202) 783-9257 or scole@nbaa.org for further information.

Types of Exhibits

Exhibits at the Scottsdale Forum are limited to those products or services relevant to business aviation. NBAA reserves the right to deny space to any company whose products or services are not relevant to business aviation.

Space Assignment

Placement of Exhibitors will be determined by NBAA. Payment must be received before an Exhibitor will be placed.

Booth and Static Display Prices

Booth Prices

For NBAA Members, cost of space is $1,750 for a 10' x 10' booth and $3,000 for a 20' x 10' booth. Full payment is due before space will be assigned. For non-NBAA Members, cost of space is $2,100 for a 10' x 10' booth and $3,350 for a 20' x 10' booth, which includes NBAA Membership dues. Full payment is due before space will be assigned.

Each booth purchase includes five registrations. NBAA strongly encourages indoor exhibitors to include a lighting source in their booth or to purchase lighting from the show contractor. An Exhibitor Service Kit will be mailed in October.

Static Display Prices

For NBAA Members, cost of space is $175 for each 20' x 20' booth. In addition to the cost of space, certain requested ancillary service fees will be billed to the Exhibitor directly by the Show contractor. An Exhibitor Service Kit will be mailed in October.

Each Static Display purchase includes five registrations. If your Static Display Space does not feature an aircraft, there is a minimum charge of $1,750, equal to the indoor exhibit fee.

Cancellation Policy

NBAA has a firm policy of no refunds for cancellations at any time. Exhibitors must strictly follow the payment schedule in order to retain space. Reductions in space will be considered a cancellation. If complete payment is not received by the stated deadlines, NBAA will assume that the Exhibitor has cancelled the Exhibit Space.

Exhibit Space must be occupied by 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2003 or NBAA will consider the space cancelled. NBAA will use such space as deemed appropriate. This rule must be strictly enforced, since lateness in setting up jeopardizes the opening of the Exhibits.

Indoor Booth Configurations

The indoor booth space measures 10' x 10' or 20' x 10'. NBAA will provide each indoor booth space with one 6' table, two chairs, one wastebasket, one identification sign and standard pipe and drape. Multilevel and covered booths are not permitted.

Rules & Regulations

All display material and demonstrations must be confined to the limits of the Exhibitor's purchased display space both indoors and outdoors.

NBAA reserves the right to restrict Exhibits that because of noise, method of operations, or any other reason, become objectionable. No Exhibitor will assign, suble, or share the whole or any part of Exhibit Space purchased without the knowledge and consent of NBAA. Failure to advise NBAA of shared Exhibit Space in advance may result in an additional exhibiting charge.

Installing & Dismantling Exhibits

Official Service Contractor

To ensure orderly and efficient installation, operation, and removal of displays and to eliminate confusion, NBAA has designated The Freeman Companies and other firms (listed in the Exhibitor Service Kit to be sent by early October), as official service contractors.
