Aviation at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
The NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum is a day-long learning and networking
experience designed to meet the needs of the regional business aviation community
and to provide an introduction to local business leaders interested in learning
more about business aviation. The West Palm Beach Forum will feature approximately
40 aircraft on static display, 60 indoor exhibitors, and hundreds of attendees.
In addition to a static display of aircraft and dozens of exhibits, this event
will feature a number of seminars and briefings for the business aviation community
in Southeast Florida.

Approach and Landing Accident Reduction
Presenter: Tom Logan, Executive Vice President-Corporate, Human
Performance Training Institute
What’s the most frequent type of operational accident for business/
corporate aircraft? For decades, approach-and-landing accidents consistently
have accounted for approximately 50 per cent of U.S. business aviation
accidents, with no evidence of recent improvement. From this session,
you will learn what the threats related to the approach and landing phase
of flight are and how to develop an avoidance strategy. The final emphasis
is on a training strategy that focuses on the elements required to develop
and sustain a safety culture.

analyze the process of selecting routes, valuing time and productivity
savings as well as determining direct ticket savings to the corporation
versus the airlines. |

Airline Information
United Airlines is the official airline of the NBAA. U.S. attendees who call
United’s toll-free number [(800) 521-4041] to book reservations
and refer to Meeting ID Number 517SG will receive a 5 percent
discount off the lowest applicable discount fare, including First Class, or
a 10 percent discount off mid-week coach fares, purchased 7 days in advance.
An additional 5 percent discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least
30 days in advance of your travel date. Or you may choose Area Pricing, set
airfare prices based upon geographical locations. Discounts apply on all United,
United Express, and UA code share flights operated by US Airways, US Airways
Express and Air Canada. International attendees will receive a 10 percent discount
off the lowest applicable fare (including Business Class), or a 15 percent discount
off the fully refundable, unrestricted coach fare when they call their local

How to Register
Admission to the Forum is $40 for NBAA Members and $50 for Non-Members.
NBAA Regional Forum Policies
Registration cancellation must be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the
event. Refunds will be granted less a $15 processing fee.
All badges will be available for pick-up at the show site. Badges will not be mailed.
Children under 12 are never admitted on the exhibit floor or at the Static
Display of Aircraft. Children 12 to 18 will be permitted into the exhibit
hall and Static Display of Aircraft during official exhibit hours only. Children
12 to 18 must register, pay appropriate fees and are permitted admission with
the understanding that they are the sole responsibility of an accompanying
adult. NBAA will not be held responsible by or for any cause whatsoever.
Any person who attends an NBAA Convention, Conference, Seminar, or other program grants
permission to NBAA to use and publish his or her image or likeness collected in connection
with the program for any usual and customary purpose of the NBAA, including advertisements
for NBAA and its programs.

Application for Space
The fee for each 10' x 10' exhibitor booth is $1,750.
The fee for each 10' x 10' of Static Display space is $50. An aircraft on Static
Display may occupy several 10' x 10' spaces. For example, an aircraft with a
wingspan of 54' and a length of 57' requires a 60' x 60' space, or 36 10' x
10' spaces.
If the exhibiting company is not an NBAA Member, please add NBAA dues of $350.

Types of Exhibits
Exhibits at the Forum are limited to those products or services relevant to
business aviation. NBAA reserves the right to deny space to any company whose
products or services are not relevant to business aviation.

Static Exhibitor Information
The fee for your static space is calculated based on 10' x 10' increments.
For example, an aircraft with a wingspan of 54' and a length of 57' requires
a 60' x 60' space, or 36 10' x 10' spaces.
All aircraft on static display are required to arrive by noon the day preceding
the event, or risk overtime charges at the prevailing labor rate. Aircraft may
depart at 5 p.m. the day of the show.
For aircraft, there is a minimum space fee of $800.
For non-aircraft static exhibitors, the space fee is $1750, equal to that of
an indoor exhibitor.
Ground power units, air-conditioning units and tents will be provided by AEM
International, who will bill you directly for these services. Please contact
Joe Hart at jhart@nbaa.org if you plan to
utilize any of these for your aircraft/exhibit.

Indoor Exhibitor Information
Indoor exhibit booths are 10' x 10' each, and exhibitors may purchase more
than one unit. Each 10' x 10' booth fee includes one 6’ draped table,
two chairs, a waste basket and exhibitor identification sign.

Exhibitor Placement
Placement of exhibits will be determined by NBAA, though generally in the order
received. Exhibitors will not be placed or confirmed until payment is received.
All payments for booth and static space must be received by February 18, 2004.

Exhibitor Badges
Each exhibiting company receives 5 badges per 10' x 10' booth space purchased.
Each static exhibitor receives 1 badge per 10' x 10' space purchased, up to
a maximum of 40. You may use your allotment for company personnel or for guests.
Additional badges are $25 each. You will be given a registration form for badge
names at the time you receive your space confirmation. All badges will be available
for pick-up at the show site on the day prior to the show at 2 p.m. Badges will
also be available for pick-up all day during the Forum.

Rules & Regulations
All display material and demonstrations must be confined to the limits of the
Exhibitor's purchased display space, both indoors and outdoors.
NBAA reserves the right to restrict Exhibits that because of noise, method
of operations, or any other reason, become objectionable. No Exhibitor will
assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of Exhibit Space purchased without
the knowledge and consent of NBAA. Failure to advise NBAA of shared Exhibit
Space in advance may result in an additional exhibiting charge.
Any person who attends an NBAA conference, seminar, forum, or other program
grants permission to NBAA to use and publish his image or likeness collected
in connection with the program for any usual and customary purpose of the NBAA,
including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
Exhibit fees are noncancelable and nonrefundable.
