In this session, our speakers will explain the process of FAA, NTSB and DOT investigations, and the common mistakes
companies make when confronted with a potential enforcement action. The presentation includes a detailed explanation of the appeal rights
of pilots, mechanics and companies. The speakers
will also outline the steps companies can take to avoid enforcement action, as well as strategies to better deal with enforcement actions should they occur.
Insurance and liability considerations arising from FAA, NTSB and DOT investigations will also be addressed. |
