Exhibiting Fees
The fee for each 10' x 10' exhibitor booth is $2,050. The fee for each 10' x 10' of Static Display space is $85. An aircraft on Static Display may occupy several 10' x 10' spaces.
For example, an aircraft with a wingspan of 54' and a length of 57' requires a 60' x 60' space, or 36 10' x 10' spaces. If the exhibiting company is not an NBAA Member, please add NBAA dues of $350.

Types of Exhibits
Exhibits at the Forum are limited to those products or services relevant to business aviation. NBAA reserves the right to deny space to any company whose products or services are not relevant to business aviation.

Static Exhibitor Information
The fee for your Static Space is calculated based on 10' x 10' increments. For example, an aircraft with a wingspan of 54' and a length of 57' requires a 60' x 60' space, or 36 10' x 10' spaces.
All aircraft on Static Display are required to arrive by 12:00 noon on the
day preceding the Forum. Aircraft will begin to depart at 5:00 pm the day
of the Forum.
Ground power units, air-conditioning units and tents will be provided by AEM International, who will bill you directly for these services. Please contact Ulrich Koch at ukoch@aeminternational.com if you plan to utilize any of these for your aircraft/exhibit.

Indoor Exhibitor Information
Indoor Exhibit Booths are typically 10 ft by 10 ft. Booths may not exceed
8 ft in height.The Booth fee includes one 6-ft draped table, two chairs, a
waste basket and an Exhibitor identification sign.
Electrical connections and carpet can be ordered from Freeman. The cost of
these items is not included in the price for exhibiting.

Rules & Regulations
All display material and demonstrations must be confined to the limits of the Exhibitor's purchased display space, both indoors and outdoors. NBAA reserves the right to restrict Exhibits that because of noise, method of operations, or any other reason, become objectionable. No Exhibitor will assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of Exhibit Space purchased without the knowledge and consent of NBAA. Failure to advise NBAA of shared Exhibit Space in advance may result in an additional exhibiting charge. Any person who attends an NBAA conference, seminar, forum, or other program grants permission to NBAA to use and publish his image or likeness collected in connection with the program for any usual and customary purpose of the NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs. Exhibit fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

To select your Booth for each Forum, please purchase space online at www.nbaa.org/forums.
After your payment is validated, you will be taken to a blank Booth layout display to register
your Booth placement preferences. Companies paying by check and Static Display Exhibitors
will be placed by NBAA. Although every attempt will be made to honor Booth location
requests, NBAA always has sole discretion in Booth and aircraft placement.

Each Indoor Exhibiting Company receives five badges per 10 ft by 10 ft
Booth Space purchased. Each Static Exhibitor receives one badge per
10 ft by 10 ft Space purchased, up to a maximum of 40. You may use
your allotment for Company personnel or for guests. All Forum Exhibitors
will also receive 10 complimentary Attendee badges to be used for your
Company’s guests. Additional badges are available at a cost of $30 each.
Upon purchasing Space, you will receive a link to register your Company’s
Attendees online. Badges will be mailed two weeks prior to each Forum.
Any badge can be corrected or replaced onsite beginning at 2:00 pm
on the day prior to the event. Forum Attendees (who are not Exhibiting
personnel) will register online under a different set of criteria; detailed
information will be available on our web site.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
