Legal, tax and regulatory experts will provide you with a basis for understanding how various tax and aviation laws and regulations apply to business aircraft. Current tax and aviation regulatory developments will be addressed along with important aviation insurance and employment law issues of interest to flight departments, aircraft management companies, aircraft fractional programs, charter operators, charter brokers, and advisors to business aircraft owners and operators.
