NBAA 17th Annual Tax, Regulatory and Risk Management Conference

October 4-5, 2008 • Orlando, FL
Rooms S320CD & S320GH
Orange County Convention Center
Held in conjunction with NBAA 61st Annual Meeting and Convention.

Coping with the regulation of business aircraft ownership and operations by various federal and state agencies has grown significantly more challenging in recent years. This educational conference will shed light on the essential elements of the business aviation tax, regulatory and risk management environment.

Legal, tax and regulatory experts will provide you with a basis for understanding how various tax and aviation laws and regulations apply to business aircraft. Current tax and aviation regulatory developments and issues will be addressed that are of interest to flight departments, aircraft management companies, aircraft fractional programs, charter operators, charter brokers, and advisors to business aircraft owners and operators.

Past Tax Conference attendees have said:

“The presenters provided practical, tangible advice rather than just issue spotting.”

“The seminar, speakers and topics were excellent.”

“My main purpose for attending this conference was to get more detailed guidance on disallowed costs for non-business use of corporate aircraft…there was excellent, detailed information presented.”

Who Should Attend

Flight department personnel, aircraft owners and operators, aviation professionals, chief financial officers, accountants, tax specialists, schedulers, dispatchers, lawyers and others who have an interest in aviation tax, operational and regulatory issues. Both members and nonmembers of NBAA are invited and encouraged to attend.
