Schedulers & Dispatchers Scholarship
The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee is dedicated to promoting education and training as a means for individuals to increase the professionalism of their positions. To further this objective, NBAA created the Schedulers & Dispatchers Scholarship Fund in conjunction with several corporate sponsors: ExxonMobil Aviation and the Avitats, Signature Flight Support, Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., Chevron Global Aviation, Atlantic Aviation, Air BP Aviation Services, Jeppesen DataPlan and AC-U-KWIK.
Scholarship recipients will be announced at the NBAA 19th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, to be held from January 14 to 16, 2009, in Long Beach, CA. The scholarship will be redeemable under the conditions established by NBAA and its sponsors. Scholarship recipients must complete all professional/educational training by February 1, 2010, or risk forfeit of the award.
A completed and signed application form must be accompanied by an essay, two professional letters of recommendation and resume. See application form for details.
